西藏那曲市牧草撂荒地形成原因及利用措施

Causes and Utilization Measures of Abandoned Pasture in Naqu,Tibet

人工草地建设是保证那曲市饲草供应能力季节性平衡的主要做法,也是保证草牧业可持续发展的关键措施。目前,因人工草地建植不合理、不科学,以及未形成完善的草业产业链等问题,导致人工种草投入高、效益差、不能可持续发展,严重制约本地饲草产业发展,并形成诸多撂荒地,使草原生态环境进一步恶化。该文对那曲市人工草地撂荒地现状及形成原因进行分析,论述目前人工种草发展中存在的主要制约因素,并提出对策建议。

Artificial grassland construction is the main method to ensure the seasonal balance of forage supply capacity in Naqu city,and it is also the key measure to ensure the sustainable development of forage and animal husbandry.At present,the construction of artificial grassland is unreasonable and unscientific,and the grass industry chain is not perfect,which leads to high investment,poor benefit and unsustainable development of artificial grass,and seriously restricts the development of the local forage grass industry,and the formation of a lot of abandoned land,so that the grassland ecological environment further deteriorated.This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of the artificial grassland abandonment in Naqu city,discusses the main restricting factors in the development of artificial grassland,and puts forward some countermeasures.
