畜产品质量安全现存问题及优化措施

Existing Problems and Optimization Measures of Animal Products Quality and Safety

禽畜类产品是民众日常不可或缺的食品之一,畜类产品是否安全不仅关系到农业生产是否稳定,同时也与全体国民的身体健康有不可分割的联系。近年随着禽畜类产品消费规模的不断扩张,畜类产品安全问题逐渐成为全社会关注的焦点问题。虽然我国禽畜类产品产业不断升级,安全质量检测技术不断提高,但是质量监测体系依然存在着诸多质量安全隐患。该文以达州市禽畜类产品质量安全问题作为主要研究对象,并提出优化我国畜类产品质量安全产品保障模式的有效路径,为解决的产品质量安全问题作出初步探索。

The safety of livestock products is not only related to the stability of agricultural production,but also to the health of all the people.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of the consumption of livestock products,the safety of livestock products has gradually become the focus of the whole society.Although China's poultry and Livestock Products Industry continues to upgrade,the quality of testing technology continues to improve,but there are still many quality and safety monitoring system hidden dangers.This paper takes the quality and safety of livestock products in Dazhou as the main research object,and puts forward the effective way to optimize the guarantee mode of the quality and safety of livestock products in our country,and makes a preliminary exploration for solving the quality and safety problems of livestock products.
