草原生态系统建设直接影响畜牧业的发展及农牧民生活条件的改善,关系到生态文明建设目标的全面实现。近年,新疆哈巴河县深入推进草原生态系统建设保护工作,积极转变畜牧业发展结构与模式,草原生态功能得到逐步恢复,畜牧业发展质量得到提高。但目前依然面临较多问题,对绿色畜牧业发展造成阻碍作用。需进一步加大草原生态系统建设保护力度,加快绿色畜牧业的转型升级。

The construction of grassland ecosystem directly affects the development of animal husbandry and the improvement of the living conditions of farmers and herdsmen.In recent years,Habahe county of Xinjiang has promoted the construction and protection of grassland ecosystem,actively changed the structure and mode of animal husbandry development,and gradually restored the grassland ecological function and improved the quality of animal husbandry development.However,there are still many problems,which hinder the development of green animal husbandry.It is necessary to strengthen the protection of grassland ecosystem construction and speed up the transformation and upgrading of green animal husbandry.
