畜牧业在精准扶贫中的作用及发展措施

The Role of Animal Husbandry in Precision Poverty Alleviation and Its Development Measures

随着禄劝县扶贫工作不断向前推进,农民群众的生活得到改善、收入不断提高,禄劝县所有贫困农产2020年底已全部脱贫,然而部分地区仍采用粗放型扶贫政策,无法充分发挥扶贫工作的效能,精准扶贫是针对当前农村地区发展现状提出的重要论断,在贫困地区发展畜牧业是实施精准扶贫政策的重大举措,有利于进一步优化农业产业结构、拓宽农民收入渠道。该文通过分析当前禄劝县农村地区畜牧业生产存在的问题,提出发展措施。

With the continuous progress of poverty alleviation work in Luquan Yi and miao autonomous county,the livelihood of farmers has been improved and their incomes have been raised.All poor agricultural products in Luquan yi and miao autonomous county have been lifted out of poverty by the end of 2020.However,extensive poverty alleviation policies are still adopted in some areas,can Not give full play to the effectiveness of poverty alleviation work,precise poverty alleviation is an important judgment in view of the current development situation in rural areas,and the development of animal husbandry in poor areas is an important measure to implement the policy of precise poverty alleviation,it is beneficial to further optimize the structure of agricultural industry and widen the channel of farmers'income.Based on the analysis of the existing problems in animal husbandry production in rural areas of Luquan yi and miao autonomous county,the paper puts forward the development measures.
