摘要
依托于某旧工业车间的改造加固工程,先对车间结构进行了检测鉴定,根据结构检测鉴定结果和承载力验算,对不满足要求的柱和梁采用高性能水泥复合砂浆钢筋网(HPF)进行了加固处理;给出了采用HPF加固该工业车间的详细方案;最后还做了模糊层次分析,从结构加固后承载力的提高程度、施工的难易程度、加固工程成本费用、后期维护及修缮费用、对原有的工业生产以及周边环境的影响这5个方面进行了考虑,综合评定HPF加固法为最佳方案。
In this paper,based on the renovation and reinforcement project of an old industrial workshop,first of all,the structure of the workshop is tested and identified.According to the results of structural inspection and evaluation and the calculation of bearing capacity,the columns and beams that do not meet the requirements are reinforced with high-performance cement composite mortar.Put forward the detailed scheme of industrial workshop reinforcement.Finally,Fuzzy Hierarchy Analysis was established to comprehensively evaluate HPF reinforcement method as the best scheme from five aspects,including the improvement degree of the bearing capacity of the structure after reinforcement,the difficulty degree of construction,the cost of reinforcement project,the cost of maintenance and repair in the later period,and the influence on the original industrial production and surrounding environment.
