摘要
目前,普通混凝土预制柱造价昂贵,不利于推广装配式建筑,因此本文提出了一种由预制混凝土管桩作为预制管,并在桩内灌注混凝土形成新型预制混凝土组合管柱。对于这种新型预制混凝土组合管柱,采用了后插纵筋和后插纵筋并套上橡胶管这两种方式来跟节点相连,并对其进行了低周往复试验。试验结果表明,新型预制混凝土组合管柱抗震性能较好,但节点出现了破坏。因此本文对节点的破坏成因和节点的初始转动刚度等力学性能进行了进一步研究,为其设计和施工提供了参考。其次,结合实际工程项目进行了分析,为新型预制混凝土组合管柱提供了设计思路和参考价值。
At present,the cost of ordinary concrete precast column is expensive,which is not conducive to the promotion of prefabricated building.Therefore,this paper proposes a new type of precast concrete composite pipe column,which is composed of precast concrete pipe pile and poured concrete into the pile.For this new type of precast concrete composite pipe column,two ways are used to connect the joint included.back inserted longitudinal bar and back inserted longitudinal bar with rubber pipe,and the low-cycle reciprocating test is carried out.The test results show that the seismic performance of the new type of precast concrete composite pipe column is good,but the joint is damaged.Therefore,this paper further studies the failure cause of the joint and the mechanical properties of the joint such as the initial rotational stiffness,which provides a reference for its design and construction.Secondly,combined with the actual engineering project analysis,which provides design ideas and reference for the new column.
