摘要
针对当前国内地方高校普遍存在的学生科技创新能力培养及拓展渠道不通畅、教师科研项目内容与学生科技竞赛活动需求脱钩、学生参与各类科技创新活动积极性不高等一系列问题,文章在如何激发大学生自主创新活动积极性的方面进行了深入思考,构建了学生科技创新协会,将其作为学生自我管理、自主调配学生资源的平台,打通教师科研项目与学生科技竞赛之间的互通渠道,形成“科研项目-科创协会-科技竞赛”三者相互支撑的学生科技创新综合素养拓展新体系,提升了学生参与科技创新活动的积极性,扩大了科技创新活动在学生中的覆盖面。文章所提出的学生科技创新综合素养拓展方法经过在佛山科学技术学院机电工程与自动化学院多年实践,取得了良好的效果。
A series of problems have existed in local colleges for a long time,such as the lack of reasonable ways for the cultivation and expansion of students'sci-technology innovation ability,the decoupling of teachers'scientific research projects and the demand of students'competitions,and the low enthusiasm of students to participate in various kinds of sci-technology innovation activities.This paper makes a deeply thinking on how to stimulate the enthusiasm of college students'independent innovation activities,and constructs the student sci-technology association,which is a platform for students'self-management and independent allocation of students'resources.This kind of association has opened a communication channel between teachers'scientific research projects and students'sci-technology competitions,and formed a new system of cultivation and expansion of students'overall quality,which is mutually supported by scientific research projects,sci-technology innovation association and sci-technology competition.After years of practice in the mechatronics engineering and automation school of Foshan University,the method proposed in this paper has achieved good results.
