实施“教、学、研”三结合培养高素质创新人才 被引量:6

摘要 文章针对目前我国高等教育人才培养方面存在的主要问题,提出了以“寓研于教、寓研于学、以教促研、以学促研、教学相长”为内涵的“教、学、研”三结合的人才培养模式。依托科研项目,通过开展专业认知教育、改革教学模式、完善教学体系、加强师资队伍建设、完善教师评价体系等一系列“教、学、研”三结合的人才培养举措,以期培养具有国际视野、创新能力、终身学习、善于协作、人格健全的创新型人才,为推动我国高校创新教育和人才培养提供一些有益参考。 In response to the current major problems in the cultivation of higher education talents in China,a new talent training model of"teaching,learning,and research"is proposed with the connotation of"studying in teaching,studying in learning,teaching promoting research,learning promoting research,and teaching each other".Relying on scientific research projects,a series of talent training measures such as professional cognitive education,reforming teaching models,perfecting the teaching system,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,and improving the teacher evaluation system are proposed,so as to cultivate innovate talents with an international perspective,innovative ability,lifelong learning,good at collaboration,and sound personality.This article provides some useful references for promoting innovative education and talent training in the universities and colleges of China.
