摘要
在新工科建设背景下,以西华大学能源与动力工程专业人才培养为例,结合本专业的发展历程和人才培养特色,多方面探索能源与动力工程专业人才培养模式的主要举措。经过多年专业建设经验的不断积累和凝练,形成了“教学与科研、课堂教学与工程实践、人才培养与社会需求”三结合的专业人才培养模式,为能源动力类专业人才培养方案的制定提供了一定的参考依据。
Under the background of new engineering construction,the paper takes the cultivation of energy and power engineering talents of Xihua University as an example,combining the development course and characteristics of this major,exploring the main measures of energy and power engineering talents training mode in many aspects.After years of accumulation and refinement of professional construction experience,formed the"teaching and scientific research,classroom teaching and engineering practice,talent training and social needs"series of professional personnel training mode,provides a reference for development of talent training program for energy and power majors.
