摘要
本文设计了一种伺服电机的弹簧减振座,该减振座主要由连接板、缓冲垫、减振弹簧组成。在此减振结构中我们利用减振弹簧作为缓冲振动的工具,并使用缓冲垫,减轻了伺服电机与底座之间的接触摩擦,结构简单,稳定性强,可靠性高。利用Solidworks中的Simulation功能对弹簧减振座及伺服电机受到的力进行了分析,并运用控制变量法进行试验,结果表明减振弹簧有效的降低了底座与伺服电机之间的相互作用力,即达到了减振的效果,且当弹簧劲度系数为85N/m时减振率最高。
This paper designs a kind of spring damping seat of servo motor,which is mainly composed of connecting plate,cushion and damping spring.In this damping structure,we use the damping spring as a tool to cushion the vibration,and use the cushion to reduce the contact friction between the servo motor and the base.The structure is simple,the stability is strong and the reliability is high.Using the simulation function of Solidworks,the force on the spring damping seat and servo motor is analyzed.The results show that the damping spring can effectively reduce the interaction force between the base and the servo motor,that is to say,the vibration reduction effect is achieved.
