浅谈计量数据管理的探索和应用

数据是事实或观察的结果,用于表示客观事物的未经加工的原始素材。在计量工作中产生大量的数据,然而由于传统观念及流程中对纸质记录的严重依赖使计量数据无法及时有效地转化为信息,导致数据纸质化和碎片化。针对基层计量工作中数据信息碎片化、计量监管和计量服务数据应用程度不高等情况,运用基于云平台的计量数据应用,衔接现场检定和使用中的监督等多个计量管理工作环节,探索利用数据分析提升基层计量服务维度,通过从不同角度来描绘区域质量发展图谱,进一步发挥计量工作基础性作用。

Data is the result of fact or observation,which is used to represent the raw material of objective things.A large number of data are produced in the measurement work.However,due to the traditional concept and the serious dependence on the paper records in the process,the measurement data can not be converted into information timely and effectively,resulting in the paper and fragmentation of the data.In view of the fragmentation of data information and the low degree of application of measurement supervision and measurement service data in grass-roots measurement work,this paper uses the measurement data application based on cloud platform to link up multiple measurement management work links such as on-site verif ication and supervision in use,explores the use of data analysis to enhance the basic level measurement service dimension,and describes the regional quality development map from different angles,Further play the fundamental role of measurement work.
