摘要
随着一带一路倡议的提出和实施,我国对外承包业务呈现较快增长趋势,我国越来越多的企业“走出去”参与到海外工程建设中去,“走出去”的企业无论是数量还是规模都有了一个很大的增长。在当前中国企业所承接的电站项目中,EPC项目占有很大的比例,如何运作好海外EPC项目,成为“走出去”企业的一个重要课题,本文通过老挝色边-色那姆EPC水电站项目(Xe Pian-Xe Namnoy Hydropower Plant)的运作实践,从项目策划、设计管理、采购管理、施工管理几个方面对EPC电站项目管理进行探讨。
With the proposition and implementation of One Belt One Road strategy,China’s overseas business presented a rapid growth tendency recent years,More and more Chinese enterprises"go out"to participate in overseas project,there has been a rapid increase both in quantities and scales.Among all power station projects which undertaken by Chinese enterprises,EPC projects takes a big proportion,it has become an important subject regarding how to manage an Overseas EPC project well.This article discusses several aspects of EPC power station project management through practice of Laos Xe Pian-Xe Namnoy hydropower project,including project planning,design management,procurement management and construction management.
