基于多专业融合的“三位一体”供电抢修服务管理提升实践

摘要 设立虚拟的市级供电抢修服务中心,以服务客户为主线,融合各专业力量,协同开展供电服务、配网抢修、运营监测(控)、配网调度等业务,统一协调内部资源,全面强化监督管控,形成集优质服务、运营管理和配网管理“三位一体”的供电抢修服务管理体系,不断提升业务水平,向社会提供高效优质的供电服务。“三位一体”供电抢修服务提升方案。 Setup a virtual municipal power supply repair service center,take customer service as the main line,integrate various professional forces,coordinate power supply service,distribution network repair,operation monitoring(control),distribution network dispatching and other businesses,unify and coordinate internal resources,comprehensively strengthen supervision and control,and form a"Trinity"power supply repair service management system integrating high-quality service,operation management and distribution network management,Continuously improve the business level and provide eff icient and high-quality power supply service to the society."Trinity"power supply repair service improvement scheme.
