医教融合背景下医学检验技术专业“1+1+1”人才培养模式的构建

The Construction of"1+1+1"Talent Training Model for Medical Laboratory Technology under the Background of Medical and Education Integration

医教融合的人才培养模式逐渐成为当前研究的热点。本文主要从创建“校院企深度合作1+1+1”人才培养模式、重新构建课程体系及教学内容、校院合作共建校外标准化临床教学基地、运行及保障机制等四个方面对江苏医药职业学院医学检验技术专业医教融合的人才培养模式进行了探讨。

The talent training model of the integration of medicine and education has gradually become a hot research topic.This article mainly focuses on four aspects of Jiangsu Vocational College of Medicine from four aspects:the establishment of the"school-academy-enterprise cooperation 1+1+1"talent training model,the reconstruction of the curriculum system and teaching content,the school-college cooperation to build an off-campus standardized clinical teaching base,and the operation and guarantee mechanism.The vocational college's medical laboratory technology professional medical education integration t alent t raining model was discussed.
