基于微课应用的内分泌学翻转课堂教学实践研究 被引量:1

摘要 通过采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式,研究新的教学模式在内分泌学课程运用实施的教学效果。研究对象的选取为齐齐哈尔医学院2017级临床医学专业学生52人,2020年9月-2021年1月期间,对52名临床专业学生采用基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式,完成教学任务;与对照组临床专业学生采用传统讲授教学模式,完成教学内容;分析比较该教学方法改革与接受传统案例教学法的两组学生之间的考核成绩。调查问卷填写结果了解学生对混合式教学的评价。研究组52名临床医学专业学生考核成绩比对照组52名临床医学专业学生考核成绩差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。问卷调查回收结果为发放52份,回收50份,研究组学生在适应度,学习兴趣、自主学生能力提升等方面十分满意。基于微课的翻转课堂教学模式实践研究中,临床医学专业学生对内分泌课程知识和临床技能的掌握能力明显提高。此法适用于地方高校内分泌课程的推广应用。 To study the teaching effect of the new teaching mode in endocrinology course by adopting the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro class.52 clinical medical students of grade 2017 in Qiqihar Medical College were selected.From September 2020 to December 2021,the flipped classroom teaching mode based on micro lecture was adopted for 52 clinical students to complete the teaching task;the traditional teaching mode was used to complete the teaching content with the control group;The assessment results between the two groups of students who accepted the traditional case teaching method and the reform of the teaching method were analyzed and compared.The results of the questionnaire were used to understand the students'evaluation of blended teaching.The examination results of 52 clinical medical students in the study group were signif icantly different from those in the control group(P<0.05).The results of the questionnaire survey were 52 and 50 respectively.The students in the research group were very satisf ied with the adaptability,learning interest and the improvement of autonomous students'ability.In the practice research of f lipped classroom teaching mode based on micro lecture,the mastery ability of endocrine course knowledge and clinical skills of clinical medical students is signif icantly improved.This method is suitable for the promotion and application of endocrine courses in local colleges and universities.
