标准化流程对产学研合作项目具有规范和引领的作用。本文通过对科技创新项目的申报、实施、验收三个阶段构建标准化流程,进一步优化各级政府创新资源的配置和协作,最大化发挥科技发展资金的支持作用,提高企业核心竞争力,提升产业整体水平。

Standardized process plays a normative and leading role in Industr y-University-Research cooperation projects.In this paper,depending on building standardized processes for application,implementation and acceptance of science and technology innovation projects,to further optimize the allocation and collaboration of innovation resources of governments at all levels,maximize the supporting role of science and technology development funds,improve the core competitiveness of enterprises,and enhance the overall level of the industry.
