摘要
本文依托07省道嘉兴南湖段改造工程,以沥青路面承重层为载体,针对现有国内外复合改性沥青的发展现状,分析了传统意义上橡胶沥青改性路面的不足,采用废旧塑料胶粉、不同的拌和、摊铺、碾压温度对传统沥青路面施工进行了改进,研制出了橡塑复合改性剂。沥青路面的施工方法,可以改善沥青混合料的路用性能,如粘度和高温稳定性,显著延长路面养护周期,有效节约路面养护成本,取得显著的经济效益和社会效益。
Relying on the reconstruction project of the Nanhu Section of Jiaxing Provincial Highway 07,this paper uses the asphalt pavement load-bearing layer as the carrier,and aims at the current development status of composite modif ied asphalt at home and abroad,analyzes the shortcomings of the rubber asphalt modif ied pavement in the traditional sense,and develops a Rubber-plastic composite modif ied asphalt pavement construction method.This construction technology can improve the road performance of asphalt mixture,such as the viscosity and high temperature stability,signif icantly prolong the pavement maintenance cycle,effectively save the road maintenance cost,and achieve signif icant economic and social benef its.
