浅析EPC工程总承包模式施工图预算的意义

Analysis on the Significance of Construction Drawing Budget in EPC Project General Contracting Mode

为研究EPC工程总承包模式下施工图预算的意义,本文以某卷烟厂“十三五”就地技改项目为例,从三方面分析了EPC模式下施工图预算编制存在的问题及风险,如招投标阶段投标报价错漏导致后期施工图预算编制时易出现的问题、施工图预算编制过程中EPC项目承包人易采用的策略及施工图预算对工程变更及竣工结算的参考作用,并着重分析了EPC模式下施工图预算编制的意义,以期为EPC项目工程款支付、工程变更、竣工结算提供一定的指导和价值依据。

In order to study the signif icance of construction drawing budget under the EPC project general contracting mode,this article takes a cigarette factory's"13th Five-Year"in-situ technical renovation project as an example to analyze the problems and problems in construction drawing budget preparation under EPC mode from three aspects.Risks,such as errors and omissions in the bidding quotation in the bidding stage that may lead to problems that easily occur in the later construction drawing budget preparation,the easyto-use strategies of the EPC project contractor in the construction drawing budget preparation process,and the reference role of the construction drawing budget to project changes and completion settlement,and It focuses on the analysis of the signif icance of construction drawing budget preparation under EPC mode,in order to provide certain guidance and value basis for EPC project payment,engineering changes,and completion settlement.
