摘要
本文主要内容为针对当前我国公共图书馆的志愿者管理问题进行相应的研究,公共图书馆志愿服务是现代公共文化服务体系建设的重要内容之一,志愿者突显自愿性,能够主动承担社会责任。本文在参考借鉴国内外相关文献的基础上,针对喀什地区公共图书馆志愿者管理现状进行了实证调查,分析了在志愿者激励管理、招募、培训以及工作安排管理等方面存在的问题及原因,并提出了如何进一步完善公共图书馆志愿者管理制度方面的对策建议。
The main content of this paper is to carry out corresponding research on the current management of volunteers in public libraries in China.Voluntary Service in public libraries is one of the important contents of the construction of modern public cultural service system.Volunteers highlight their voluntariness,be able to take the initiative to assume social responsibility.This paper makes an empirical investigation on the current situation of volunteer management in public libraries in Kashi based on the reference of relevant literature at home and abroad,the recruitment,the training and the work arrangement management,and advances some countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the volunteer management system of the public library.
