近年来随着我国社会与经济发展水平的显著提高,各地房地产行业获得了较好的发展,而在当前国内房地产行业繁荣发展的背后是时有发生的建筑安全事故问题,对人们的财产安全甚至是生命造成巨大的威胁,同时也对我国社会的稳定、健康发展造成不良影响。就当前我国各地建筑施工实际情况来看,其工程安全监督工作面临的主要问题包括:人员施工安全责任意识不足、现场安全防护设施供应不足、安全监督管理水平较低以及未设置安全监督管理部门等,对此,建筑工程施工安全监督部门应督促施工单位结合自身实际问题,及时采取合理措施逐步强化工程的安全监督与管理工作,提高人员整体责任意识、加大现场安全防护设施的资金投入力度、设置专项安全监督管理部门、采用风险防控管理模式等,全面控制施工安全问题的产生,促进我国建筑行业的长效发展。

In recent years,with the signif icant improvement in the level of social and economic development in my country,the real estate industry in various regions has achieved good development.Behind the current prosperity and development of the domestic real estate industry is the occurrence of building safety accidents,which are harmful to people Security and even life pose a huge threat,but also have a negative impact on the stability and healthy development of our society.According to the current actual construction situation in various parts of China,the main problems faced by its engineering safety super vision work include:insuff icient awareness of personnel construction safety responsibility,insuff icient supply of on-site safety protection facilities,low safety supervision and management level,and no safety supervision and management department.In this regard,the construction safety supervision department of the construction project should urge the construction unit to combine its own actual problems,take reasonable measures in time to gradually strengthen the safety supervision and management of the project,improve the overall sense of responsibility of the personnel,and increase the capital investment of on-site safety protection facilities.Set up special safety supervision and management departments,adopt risk prevention and control management models,etc.,to comprehensively control the occurrence of construction safety problems and promote the long-term development of China's construction industry.
