With the development of economy in recent years,China's power load demand has been increasing year by year.In order to meet the increasing power load demand,new power projects need to be built to meet the needs of social and economic development.In the construction process of power engineering,it involves many aspects such as constr uction qualit y management,cost management,risk management,schedule management,and safety management.This paper analyzes in detail the ref ined management methods of power engineering construction,which has certain practical value for improving the construction quality and management eff iciency of power engineering.
