摘要
阐述了“学、研、训、考、评”五位一体教学模式的本质内涵,以及本模式解决的问题;进一步论述了模式中各个环节的具体实施方法,提出了能够发挥模式效用的实施要求,在此基础上通过教学实践检验,分析了该模式的实践应用效果,证明了这种教学模式能够最大限度地体现学员个性特点,充分发挥学员主动性,彰显学员主体地位,克服了以往的教学模式在人才培养中的不足之处,在提高了教学效果的同时,也促进了教学建设的进一步发展。
This paper expounds the essential connotation of f ive in one teaching mode of“learning,rese arching,training,rating and evaluation”and the problem this mode solved,further discusses the specif ic implementation method of each link in this model,put forwards the implementation requirements that can play the role of this mode.On this basis,with the test of teaching practice,it analyzes the practical application effect,and proves that this teaching mode can ref lect the students`personality characteristics to the maximum extent,give full play to the initiative of the students,highlight the main position of the students,and overcome the shortcomings of the previous teaching.It not only improves the teaching effect,but also promotes the further development of teaching construction.
