一种智能铺地板一体机的设计

Design of an Intelligent Flooring Machine

针对房屋内的铺放地板工作主要是由人工来完成,消耗劳动力大,耗费时间长等问题,我们设计了智能铺地板一体机,智能铺地板一体机是以Arduino r3开发板为核心,主要由洒水泥装置和铺放地板装置两部分组成,能实现自动撒放水泥、自动铺放地板、自动转向等功能,可省时高效的完成整间房屋或整个车间的铺放地板工作,投入生产后,能够节约公司消耗成本,提高工人工作效率,带来显著的经济效益和社会效益。

In view of the problems that the floor laying work in the house is mainly done by manpower,which consumes a lot oflabor and takes a long time,we designed an intelligent floor laying machine,which is based on Arduino r3 development board and mainly consists of two parts:cement sprinkling device and floor laying device,which can realize the functions of automatic cement sprinkling,automatic floor laying and automatic steering,and can save time and efficiently to complete the floor laying work in the whole house or workshop.
