互联网体外诊断及其质量控制初探

Internet in Vitro Diagnosis and Its Quality Control

与传统体外诊断技术相比,互联网体外诊断技术在快速、便捷、易部署等方面存在明显的优势的同时,也对其本身质量控制环节提出了新的问题和要求。在互联网体外诊断领域的大量实践的基础上,本文对互联网体外诊断质量控制的“人、机、料、法、环”五环节进行分析,并与传统体外诊断技术进行对比。分析结果表明,互联网体外诊断的质量管理的要求及组成和传统方案基本一致,灵活度和智能化水平有一定提高,从而降低了对人员和环境的要求,为下一步制定具体的质量控制策略打下了良好的基础。

Compared with traditional in vitro diagnosis technology,Internet in vitro diagnosis technology has obvious advantages in fast,convenient and easy to deploy,and at the same time,it also puts forward new problems and requirements for its quality control.Based on a lot of practice in the field of in vitro diagnosis on the Internet,this paper analyzes the five links of"human,machine,material,method and ring"in the quality control of Internet in vitro diagnosis,and compares it with traditional in vitro diagnosis technology.The results show that the quality management requirements and composition of in vitro diagnosis of Internet are basically consistent with the traditional scheme,and the level of flexibility and intelligence has been improved to some extent,thus reducing the requirements for people and environment.Conclusion it lays a good foundation for the next step to formulate the specific quality control strategy.
