Since clean energy projects are related to my country's livelihood issues,all aspects of the project are important.Therefore,when developing clean energy projects,the risk of claim changes in contract management is inevitable.This article analyzes the risk of change claims in the entire process of clean energy contract and clean energy project management from the initial preparation stage to the final completion acceptance and final accounting stage,and proposes some measures to reduce risk distribution,and focuses on the analysis of bidding and contract signing Stage is the key stage to reduce the change claims.
