血站档案信息化管理的创新研究

血站作为面向社会的公益性服务机构,其业务档案的管理工作是最基础的工作,也是血站运行管理的记录凭证。随着采血业务的增加,血站档案管理工作也日趋复杂,传统的管理模式已经不能适应信息时代的现代化管理工作的需求。随着信息技术的进步,血站应充分利用信息网络技术来对档案资料实行信息化管理,从而提高血站的业务档案管理水平。本文对血站档案管理中存在的问题进行了深入分析,并就如何实现血站档案的信息化管理提出了相应的创新策略,从而能够有效提高档案的管理水平,促进献血事业的发展。

As a public welfare s ervice organization facing the society,the management of blood s tation's business archives is the most basic work,and also the record certificate of blood station's operation and management.With the increase of blood col lection business,the file management of blood station is becoming more and more complex.The traditional management mode can not meet the needs of modern management in the information age.With the progress of information technology,in the blood station archives management,we should also make full use of information network technology to implement information management of archives,so as to improve the blood station business archives management level.This paper deeply analyzes the problems existing in the file management of blood stations,and puts forward corresponding innovation strategies on how to realize the information management of blood station files through information network technology,so as to ef fectively improve the management level of files and promote the development of blood donation.
