摘要
创新型人才培养是新时代和新工科背景下的人才培养新模式,其突出培养目标多元性、培养内容及内涵建设的丰富性、学科专业特点的突出性及自我优势的传承与创新性,围绕精确目标定位、丰富内涵素养、突出时代背景优势、强化专业特色的优越性这一建设目标,紧密结合深井复杂条件以及煤矿智能化、信息化和无人化等智能安全精准开采的发展需求,以创新引领思想教育,实践锻炼综合素质和改革促进教学方法为根本,立足学校特色教学资源、师资队伍力量、实践基地平台,以服务教学服务学生培养为宗旨,推进智能化采矿工程创新人才培养模式、创新教学师资队伍、智能采矿课程教材建设、创新教学管理平台等专业发展环节的综合改革,促进采矿工程专业人才培养质量的整体提升,实现适应未来煤炭工业发展需要的智能化采矿工程人才的整体育人目标。
