探讨PDCA循环在医学生CBL教学中的应用价值 被引量:1

摘要 评价PDCA循环在医学生CBL教学中的应用价值。选取于2018年3月—2020年3月来我院骨科参与临床实习的医学生作为本次观察对象,选出60名医学生按照随机数字表法分成两组,对照组接受传统教学,观察组接受PDCA循环+CBL教学,对比两组医学生的考核成绩、综合能力评分、教学满意评价以及评判性思维得分。观察组医学生的理论成绩和实操成绩得分均明显高于对照组,其教学评价满意度显著比对照组高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组医学生各方面综合能力评分显著比对照组高,教学实施后,观察组医学生的评判性思维得分结果显著高于对照组,数据对比差异大,统计结果有意义,P<0.05。在医学生CBL教学中合理应用PDCA循环教学模式不仅能提高学生的综合教学能力,还能培养其评判性思维能力,促使医学生更好地从事临床工作。 To evaluate the application value of PDCA cycle in medical students CBL teaching.Medical students who participated in the clinical practice of the Department of Orthopaedics of our hospital from March 2018 to March 2020 were selected as the obser vation objects.60 medical students were selected and divided into two groups according to the random number table method.The control group received traditional teaching,and observation group received PDCA cycle+CBL teaching.Compared the assessment results,comprehensive ability score,teaching satisfaction evaluation and critical thinking score of medical students in the two groups.Observation group medical students'theoretical and practical performance scores were significantly higher than the control group,and their teaching evaluation s atisfaction was s ignificantly higher than the control group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05);observation group medical students'comprehensive ability scores in all a spects were significantly higher than those in the control group.After teaching,the observation group's critical thinking scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.There was a large dif ference in data comparison and statistical results were significant,P<0.05.The rational application of PDCA cycle teaching mode in CBL teaching of medical students can not only improve students'comprehensive teaching ability,but also cultivate their critical thinking ability,and promote medical students to engage in clinical work better.
