大型原油储罐用12MnNiVR钢板配套国产气电立焊药芯焊丝开发及应用 被引量:2

摘要 为打破日本神钢和新日铁对10万m^(3)及其以上原油储罐用12MnNiVR高强度钢板配套气电立焊药芯焊丝的垄断,合肥通用机械研究院有限公司与某公司合作,结合高强钢板气电立焊的特点,采用逆向设计技术,确立了药芯焊丝的合金体系复合微合金化,选择合理渣系及对药粉进行烘干预处理,优化了药粉的填充率,于2017年成功研制了12MnNiVR高强度钢板气电立焊用JQ.YJL60G药芯焊丝。该药芯焊丝抗吸潮性较佳,熔敷金属扩散氢含量低,在100~120 kJ/cm大焊接热输入下气电立焊的脱渣性、焊缝成形等各项工艺性能优良,焊缝金属的-20℃KV_(2)平均值为130 J左右,无塑性转变温度为-50℃,-20℃的CTOD特征值δ_(m(20))为0.658 mm,于2020年应用于10万m^(3)原油储罐建造,应用效果良好,真正实现了10万m^(3)原油储罐建造全面国产化。 In order to break the monopoly of the gas-electric vertical welding flux cored wire for 12MnNiVR high strength steel plate for 100 000 m^(3) and above crude oil storage tanks by Japan′s Kobelco and Nippon Steel Corporation, Hefei General Machinery Research Institute Co.,Ltd.established the composite microalloying of flux-cored wire through cooperation with a company based on the characteristics of gas-electric vertical welding of high strength steel plate and by adopting the reverse design technology, optimized the filling rate of the powder through selection of the reasonable slag system and drying and pretreatment of the powder, and, successfully developed JQ.YJL60 G flux-cored wire for the 12 MnNiVR high-strength low-alloy steel in 2017.Under 100~120 kJ/cm large welding heat input, the flux-cored wire has good moisture resistance, low diffusible hydrogen content of deposited metal, excellent de-slag property of gas-electric vertical welding, excellent welding seam forming and other technological properties.The average value of KV_(2) of weld metal at-20 ℃ is about 130 J,the non-plastic transition temperature is-50 ℃,and the CTOD characteristic value δ_(m(20)) is 0.658 mm.It was used in the construction of 100 000 m^(3) crude oil storage tank in 2020,the field application effect is good, and the full localization of 100 000 m^(3) crude oil storage tank was completely realized.
