摘要
介绍了AP1000压水堆核电站主蒸汽管道嵌入式支管座的应用范围和功能、结构特点,以及嵌入式支管座焊接接头的特点和极易产生的缺陷。结合ASME规范的技术要求,对该类焊接接头的射线检测工艺参数优化提出了切实可行的措施和方法,并通过设计制作专用的导源和定位工装,大幅度提高射线检测工艺执行的可靠性和准确性。并在工程实际中进行了应用和验证,为同类焊接接头的射线检测提供可借鉴的方法。由于嵌入式支管座焊接接头质量的重要性,建议增加超声检测作为补充,以便更全面地对该类焊接接头质量进行控制。
The application scope,function and structural characteristics of the sweepolet of the main steam pipe of AP1000 pressurized water reactor nuclear power plant,as well as the characteristics of the welded joint of the sweepolet and the welding defects that can easily be produced are introduced.In combination with the technical requirements of ASME standard,practical measures and methods are put forward for the optimization of the gamma ray testing process parameters of this type of welded joint,and the reliability and accuracy of the gamma ray testing process execution are greatly improved by designing and fabricating special guide sources and positioning tooling.And they are applied and verified in the actual engineering,which provides a reference method for radiography testing of similar welding joints.In view of the importance of sweepolet welded joint quality,it is recommended to add ultrasonic testing as a supplement in order to more comprehensively control the quality of this type of welded joint.
