卢敏基于“虚、瘀”和筋骨失衡理论论治腰椎间盘突出症的经验

Lu Min’s Experience in the Treatment of Lumbar Disc Herniation Based on the Theory of“Deficiency,Blood Stasis”and Muscle-bone Imbalance

介绍卢敏教授基于“虚、瘀”和筋骨失衡理论,采用独活寄生汤和功能锻炼治疗腰椎间突出症的经验。卢教授认为腰椎间盘突出症的病因病机,在内主因是肾脏本虚,风、寒、湿、瘀血等病邪瘀滞不通,不荣与不通并存;在外是“筋出槽”“骨错缝”引起的筋骨失衡。针对病机,遵循“肢体损于外,则气血伤于内,营卫有所不贯,脏腑由之不和”思想,治疗需脏腑气血并调,内外兼治,筋骨并重,力求恢复人体脏腑气血调和、骨正筋柔状态。

This paper introduces professor Lu Min’s experience in using Duhuo Jisheng Decoction and functional exercise to treat lumbar disc herniation based on the theory of"deficiency,blood stasis"and muscle-bone imbalance.Lu believes that the etiology and pathogenesis of lumbar disc herniation are mainly caused by kidney deficiency.Wind,cold,dampness,blood stasis and other diseases stagnant,innutrition and impassable coexist;on the outside,it is the muscle and bone imbalance caused by“tendons out of groove”and“bone malposition”.In view of the pathogenesis,follow the idea of"if the limb damage is on the outside,then the Qi and blood injury is inside,Yin Qi and defensive Qi are not connected,and the Zang-fu organs are not in harmony",treatment requires simultaneous regulation of Qi and blood of Zang-fu organs,treatment of both internal and external organs,and equal emphasis on muscles and bones,and strive to restore the harmony of Qi and blood in human viscera,and ensure the bone is in the right state and the tendons are soft.
