国际合作基地推动“一带一路”传统医药多维合作研究实践——以湖南省中医药民族医药国际科技创新合作基地为例

The Multi-directional Cooperative Research Practice of the Traditional Medicine of"the Belt and Road"Based on the International Cooperation Base:Taking the International Scientific and Technological Innovation Cooperation Base of TCM and Ethnic Medicine

“一带一路”倡议自提出以来受到很多国家的积极响应。作为中医药“走出去”的先锋,中医药国际合作基地在国家大中医药战略推动下不断发展,积极探索多种途径服务国家战略。湖南中医药大学的中医药民族医药国际科技创新合作基地以传统医药研究的国际合作为纽带,通过整合高校、企业和政府部门多方资源,强化本土与合作国家的中医药国际化复合型人才培养、输出中医药产品和文化等方式来履行国际合作基地传播中医药文化的历史使命。

"The Belt and Road"initiatives has received more and more responses since its inception.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)international cooperation base,as the pioneer of TCM"going out",is driven by the national strategy of TCM,and actively explores various ways to serve the national strategy.Hunan provincial international science&technology innovation cooperation base,which is linked by international cooperation in TCM research,and it has integrated resources of universities,enterprises and government departments,has fulfilled the historical mission of spread TCM culture by the means of strengthening the cultivation of TCM internationalized and compound talents in local and cooperative countries,exporting TCM products and culture.
