中草药对胡子鲶体内抗生素代谢速率的影响——以五倍子和黄芩对恩诺沙星及其代谢产物的作用为例 被引量:3

摘要 为研究五倍子、黄芩对恩诺沙星及代谢产物在胡子鲶幼苗体内代谢消除速率的影响,将健康胡子鲶分为单一用药组(对照组)和联合用药组(五倍子组、黄芩组),分别投喂等量自制的恩诺沙星(Enrofloxacin,ENR)药饵,用纯水、五倍子药液、黄芩药液分别进行药浴,于规定时间采集血液、肝胰脏、肌肉组织,采用HPLC法测定各组织中恩诺沙星及其代谢产物含量。结果表明:各组织中,联合用药组与对照组相比,其代谢产物环丙沙星(Cipmfloxacin,CIP)的Tmax均有所提前,且Cmax相对较低,说明五倍子和黄芩可以促进环丙沙星的代谢和消除速率。经过五倍子和黄芩药浴处理后的胡子鲶血液、肝脏和肌肉中的恩诺沙星和环丙沙星残留量降低到0.1 mg/kg以下的时间,分别提前288 h和144 h,说明五倍子和黄芩对缩短水产养殖休药期,提高水产养殖生产效益均有积极的作用。 To study the effects of Rhus chinensis Mill and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi on the metabolic elimination rate of Enrofloxacin and its metabolites in catfish,healthy catfishes were divided into single drug group(control group)and combined drug group(gallnut group and scutellaria group).The catfishes were fed with the same amount of self-made enoxacin bait,and bathed with pure water,galla chinensis solution and scutellaria baicalensis solution respectively.The concentration of enoxacin and its metabolite ciprofloxacin in blood,liver and muscle tissues were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).The results showed that drugs are mainly enriched and metabolized in the liver.In all tissues,compared with the control group,the Tmax of the metabolite ciprofloxacin was advanced and the Cmax was relatively low in the combined drug group,indicating that Rhus chinensis Mill and Scutellaria baicalensis could promote the metabolism and elimination rate of ciprofloxacin.When enoxacin and ciprofloxacin concentrations were reduced to 0.1 mg/kg in the combined drug group,the time was 288 h(12 d)and 144 h(6 d)earlier than that in the control group.This indicated that Rhus chinensis Mill and Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi also had positive effects on shortening the rest period of aquaculture and improving the production efficiency of aquaculture.
