Reform Measures and Analysis of Basic and Applied Basic Research Fund in Guangdong Province

广东省于2019年设立基础与应用基础研究基金并成立基础与应用基础研究基金委员会实行专业化管理,落实科学基金改革。通过总结广东省基础与应用基础研究基金的运行概况和资助概况,从资助体系、省市联合基金、投入强度、资助重点、面上项目"包干制"和专家子库等方面对改革举措进行分析,为广东省基础研究工作提供决策支撑。

To implement the reform of the science fund, Guangdong set up the Basic and Applied Basic Research Fund and Basic and Applied Basic Research Committee to implement professional management in 2019. This paper summarizes the operation and funding overview of the Basic and Applied Basic Research Fund of Guangdong, and analyzes its reform measures from the aspects of funding system, provincial and municipal joint funds, investment intensity, funding focus, general project "packing" and expert sub-library, to provide decision-making support for basic research work in Guangdong.
