摘要
自动扶梯安全事故频发,引起社会广泛关注,检测自动扶梯运行质量对保障其安全运行至关重要。针对现有自动扶梯检测技术误差大、效率低的不足,提出了一种高精度、易操作的非接触式自动扶梯运行质量检测方法,并设计了检测装置。该装置采用非接触的反射式光电传感器检测扶手带的运行速度,采用非接触的反射式激光测距传感器检测梯级运行速度、梯级加减速度和制停距离,且可同步检测。通过对比检测试验结果发现,该非接触式自动扶梯运行质量检测方法的检测结果波动性小、准确性高,不受检测现场环境影响,为评估自动扶梯的运行质量,消除安全隐患提供了可靠的数据支撑。
Escalator safety accidents occur frequently,which has aroused widespread concern.The detection of escalator operation quality is very important to ensure its safe operation.In view of the shortcomings of large error and low efficiency of the existing detection technology,a non-contact escalator detection method is proposed and a detection device is designed by using a non-contact reflective photoelectric sensor to detect handrail running speed and using a non-contact reflective laser range sensor to detect the step acceleration,deceleration and stopping distance synchronously.The comparison tests show that the non-contact escalator operation quality test method has low fluc tuation and high accuracy,and is not affected by the test site environment,which provides reliable data support for the evaluation of escalator operation quality and the elimination of safety hazards.
