年轻男男性行为者的一般自我效能感与自我接纳及高危性行为的关系

Relation of general self-efficacy to self-acceptance and high-risk sexual behaviors in young men who have sex with men

目的:了解年轻男男性行为者(YMSM)一般自我效能感与自我接纳及高危性行为的关系。方法:采用横断面调查设计,用“滚雪球”抽样法,在绵阳市招募调查年龄15~24岁YMSM 337人,采用一般自我效能感量表(GSES)、自我接纳量表(SAQ)测评和高危性行为调查,用Pearson相关、t检验、多元线性回归分析一般自我效能感与自我接纳及高危性行为的关系。结果:一般自我效能感平均(3±0.5)分,自我接纳平均(42±6.8)分。自我接纳得分、性角色插入方/均可方、性伴相处能坚持主张、近6个月肛交有保护、近6个月群交与一般自我效能感得分呈正关联(β=0.02~0.23),风险认识、近6个月肛交人数与一般自我效能感得分呈负关联(β=-0.23、-0.02)。结论:年轻男男性行为者一般自我效能感与自我接纳及高危性行为相关,应促进提高。

Objective:To explore the relation of general self-efficacy to self-aceptance and high risk sexual bchaviors in young men who have sex with men(YMSM).Methods:A cross sectional survey was conducted.A snowball sampling method was used to recruit 337 YMSM people aged 15-24 years in Mianyang.The General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES),Self Acceptance Scale(SAQ),and investigation of high risk sexual behaviors were used.Pearson correlation,t-test,and multiple linear regression were used to analyse the relationship between the general self-efficacy and self.acceptance,general self-efficacy and high-risk sexual behaviors.Results:The average score of general self-efficacy was(3±1)and the average score of self-acceptance was(42±7).The self-accept-ance score,sex role insertion party/both party,sexual partner could insist on getting along with each other,protected anal sex in the past 6 months,group sex in the past 6 months was positively correlated with general self-efficacy scores(β=0.02-0.23),and risk perception,number of anal intercourse for nearly 6 months were negatively correlated with general sel-efficacy scores(β=-0.23,-0.02).Conclusion:It suggests that the general self-efficacy of young men who have sex with men is related to self-acceptance and high-risk sexual behaviors,which should be noticed.
