大学生健康用眼情况调查分析——以新乡市大学生为例

Investigation and Analysis of College Students’Healthy Use of Eyes—A Case Study of College Students in Xinxiang City

通过调查新乡市大学生健康用眼情况,研究大学生视力低下与哪些因素有关,如何缓解大学生视力低下问题。利用随机抽样法在新乡市10所大学随机抽取960名大学生进行健康用眼情况问卷调查,并用SPSS26.0录入数据进行统计分析。研究表明,性别、是否患有近视、所学专业、不同学历影响大学生对健康用眼的重视态度(P <0.05)。关灯后仍观看电子产品等9个不良习惯是大学生近视或者加重近视的独立危险因素(P <0.05)。68.95%的大学生发现近视时已经为中度近视以上。近视干预后大学生遵医行为等级越高视力恢复控制效果越好(X~2=198.763,P <0.05)。大学生对近视要有正确的认知,注意生活中不良行为习惯,家长和学校要参与进来,三者一起协调保护视力。对待近视干预治疗要早发现早治疗,干预治疗后要遵医嘱。

By investigating the general eye-using habits of college students,this article explores the potential influential factors related to poor vision and possible solutions to help alleviate the problem.Random sampling method was carried out to investigate 960 college students with a questionnaire in 10 universities of Xinxiang City,and use SPSS26.0 to enter data for statistical analysis.Statistical analysis shows that gender,previously developed myopia,majors and academic background affect college students’attitude towards healthy eye-using(P<0.05).Nine bad habits such as watching electronic products after turning off the lights are independent risk factors for college students’myopia or aggravating myopia(P<0.05)68.95%of college students found that myopia was already moderate myopia or above.After myopia intervention,the higher the level of compliance behavior of college students,the better the effect of vision recovery and control(X2=198.763,P<0.05).College students must have a correct understanding of myopia,pay attention to bad behaviors and habits in life,parents and schools must participate,and the three aspects should coordinate to protect their eyesight.The intervention treatment of myopia should be detected and treated early,and the doctor’s advice should be followed after the intervention treatment.
