高职院校学前教育专业人才培养模式改革研究与实践——基于国考背景下教师资格证考试的视角

Research and Practice on Talent Training Mode Reform of Preschool Education Major in Higher Vocational Colleges——From the Perspective of New Teacher Qualification Examination

摘要 国家对学前教育专业的人才培养规格提出了更高的要求,加强了教师行业准入的规范和监管。为了适应学生参加教师资格考试的需求,济源职业技术学院摸索出一套独具特色的"四六三"人才培养模式,即建立教育行政部门、幼儿园、行业专家、高职院校"四方协同"育人机制,设置知识技能模块、实习模块、考证模块、实践模块、竞赛模块和特长模块"六大模块"课程体系,推行"识岗—试岗—适岗"三岗实习模式。经过四年多的实践,人才培养质量显著提高,综合办学效益得到凸显,师资队伍建设水平得到明显提升,社会影响力明显增强。 The state has put forward higher requirements for the talent training standards of pre-school education majors,and strengthened the regulation and supervision of teacher industry access.In order to meet the needs of students to participate the teacher qualification examination,Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College has explored a set of unique“four-six-three”talent training model,that is,the establishment of a“four sides cooperation”education mechanism of educational administration departments,kindergartens,industry experts,and higher vocational colleges.And to set up the knowledge and skill module,practice module,examination mode,practice module,competition module and specialty module“six modules”curriculum system,meanwhile implement the three-post practice mode of“recognizing post-test post-suitable post”.After more than four years’practice,the quality of talent training has been significantly improved,the comprehensive school-running benefits have been highlighted,the level of teaching staff has been significantly improved,and the social influence has been significantly enhanced.
