要在高速铁路概论课程中融入思想政治教育,需要对教学方法和手段进行不断探索。首先要对课程思政的教学目标、教学设计、教学手段进行全面优化和完善,将课程思政的理念贯穿到课程的各个环节。具体来说,通过我国铁路发展历程的讲授,增强学生的爱国热情;通过介绍高铁运行过程中处理乘客意见及难题,培养高铁乘务员职业道德、爱岗敬业和为人民服务的精神品质;通过科学家艰苦奋斗成功的案例来引导学生树立远大理想,起到榜样的作用;通过讲解乘务组的组成及分工,让学生认识到团结协作的重要性。

In order to integrate ideological and political education into the“Introduction to High-speed Railway”course,it is necessary to continuously explore teaching methods and means.First of all,it is necessary to comprehensively optimize and perfect the teaching objectives,teaching design,and teaching methods of the ideological and political education,and to permeate the concept of the ideology and politics into all aspects of the curriculum.Specifically,through lectures on the development of our country’s railways,students’patriotic enthusiasm will be enhanced;by introducing the opinions and problems of passengers during the operation of high-speed railways,students’professional ethics of high-speed rail attendants,their dedication to their jobs,and the spiritual qualities of serving the people will be cultivated;introducing the successful cases of scientists’hard work will guide students to establish lofty ideals and act as examples;By explaining the composition and division of labor of the cabin crew,students can realize the importance of unity and cooperation.
