将学习愚公移山精神融入高校思想政治教育的实践探索——以“新愚公成长工程”为例

Practice and Exploration of Integrating the Spirit of Learning Yugong Yishan into Ideological and Political Education in Colleges and Universities——Take the“New Yugong Growth Project”as an example

将学习愚公移山精神融入高校思想政治教育,无论是从理论层面,还是实践层面,都有着紧密的联系。通过考察济源职业技术学院"新愚公成长工程"实施情况,发现虽然经过领导、教师及学生的共同努力,取得了不少的成效,仍存在一些不足,如思想政治课程之间的愚公移山精神融入配合度低、协同实效不高、支持保障欠缺,影响愚公移山精神的思政教育作用发挥。由此,学校应对当前愚公移山精神融入大学生思想政治教育问题进行总结分析,并针对性提出改进措施,深化高校的思想政治教育工作,提高学校的人才培养质量。

The spirit of Yugong Yishan is integrated into the ideological and political education of college students,whether it is from the theoretical level or the practical level,there is a close connection.Combined with the evaluation of the“New Yugong Growth Project”of Jiyuan Vocational and Technical College,it was found that despite the joint efforts of teachers,leaders and students of the college,a lot of results have been achieved.However,it cannot be ignored that the Yugong Yishan Spirit integrated into the ideological and political education of college students still has some shortcomings.For example,the integration of the Yugong Yishan Spirit between ideological and political courses is low,the synergy effect of the Yugong Yishan Spirit into ideological and political education is not high,and the support for the integration of the Yugong Yishan Spirit is insufficient.The role of ideological and political education that affects the Spirit of Yugong Yishan is played.Therefore,the college should summarize and analyze the current problem of integrating the Spirit of Yugong Yishan into the ideological and political education of college students,and propose improvement measures to deepen the ideological and political education of college students and improve the quality of talent training in the college.
