大数据时代下的档案管理范式转型

Transformation of Archives Management Paradigm in the Era of Big Data

最近几年随着互联网技术在各个领域的深入应用,我们逐渐步入到信息时代、大数据时代,大数据、云计算、物联网等各项先进的信息技术在各个生产领域得到了广泛成熟的应用。传统档案管理模式已经不能够适应大数据时代的发展要求及需要,需要向着数字化档案转变。档案资源作为大数据信息资源的重要组成部分,其应用服务模式的拓展存在着很大的空间。通过对档案信息资源进行深入细致的挖掘整理,发挥档案的价值,更好地为企业的生产经营提供决策,提高企业在市场当中的竞争能力。本文主要结合实际工作经验,首先分析了大数据时代档案数据的研究现状,然后论述了大数据时代档案管理的发展方向,最后提出了大数据时代档案管理范式的转型,希望通过研究对广大同行有所帮助。

In recent years,with the in-depth application of Internet technology in various fields,we have gradually stepped into the information age.In the era of big data,cloud computing,Internet of things and other advanced information technologies have been widely and mature applied in various production fields.The traditional file management mode can no longer meet the development requirements and needs of the era of big data,and needs to be transformed into digital archives.As an important part of big data information resources,there is a great space for the expansion of its application service mode.Through the in-depth and meticulous mining and collation of archives information resources,the value of archives can be brought into play,which can better provide decision-making for the production and operation of enterprises,and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in the market.This paper mainly combined with practical work experience,first analyzes the research status of archival data in the era of big data,then discusses the development direction of archives management in the era of big data,and finally puts forward the transformation of archives management paradigm in the era of big data,hoping that the research can help the majority of peers.
