翻转课堂联合钉钉平台对心内科教学影响效果研究

摘要 分析翻转课堂联合钉钉平台在心内科教学实践的影响。选取齐齐哈尔医学院附属第三医院心内一科实习的齐齐哈尔医学院2016级临床本科的学生为研究对象,在心内科教学过程中采用基于钉钉平台的翻转课堂教学模式,分析学生进入临床实习阶段临床诊疗能力以及学生对翻转课堂联合钉钉平台教学的满意度。测试结果显示,随着临床课程的深入,学生临床诊疗能力逐步提高,临床实习前期和临床实习后期对临床诊断结果的判断差异具有显著性,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。翻转课堂联合钉钉平台在心内科教学的应用能够有效地促进学生临床实践能力的提升,可以使得学生熟练地使用所掌握的心血管系统疾病知识,获得学生比较满意的认可度。 To analyze the effect of flipped classroom combined with Ding Talk platform in cardiology teaching practice.The clinical undergraduate students of grade 2016 in the first Department of Cardiology in the Third Affiliated Hospital of Qiqihar Medical University were selected as the research objects.The flipped classroom teaching mode based on Ding Talk platform was adopted in the teaching process of Cardiology,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment ability of the students entering the clinical practice stage and the satisfaction of the students on the flipped classroom combined with Ding Talk platform teaching were analyzed.The test results showed that with the deepening of clinical courses,the students1 clinical diagnosis and treatment ability was gradually improved.There was a significant difference in the judgment of clinical diagnosis results between the early stage of clinical practice and the late stage of clinical practice,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The application of flipped classroom combined with nail platform in the teaching of cardiology can effectively promote the improvement of students' clinical practice ability,make students skillfully use the knowledge of cardiovascular system diseases,and obtain the students' satisfactory recognition.
