罗氏正骨包扎法治疗锁骨骨折的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of Luo’s manipulation of bone setting and bandaging for clavicle fracture

目的分析罗氏正骨包扎法对锁骨骨折患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法80例锁骨骨折患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组患者采用传统开放式手术切开复位并使用钢板螺钉进行内固定治疗,观察组患者采用罗氏正骨包扎法进行治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为17.50%,低于对照组的37.50%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用罗氏正骨包扎法治疗锁骨骨折患者,能够有效降低患者康复期间不良反应发生率,同时也能在一定程度上提高患者的临床治疗效果,是一种具有较高推广价值的治疗方法。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Luo’s manipulation of bone setting and bandaging for clavicle fracture.Methods A total of 80 patients with clavicle fracture were divided into control group and observation group according to random numerical table,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery and internal fixation with plate screws,and the observation group was treated with Luo’s manipulation of bone setting and bandaging.The clinical efficacy and occurrence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was 17.50%,which was lower than 37.50%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with clavicle fracture,the application of Luo’s bone setting method to treat patients with clavicle fractures can effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions during the recovery period,and at the same time improve the clinical treatment effect to a certain extent.It is a treatment method with high promotion value.
