探讨过渡性治疗义齿应用于疑难全口义齿修复中的效果

Discussion on effect of transitional denture in the repair of difficult complete denture

目的分析过渡性治疗义齿在疑难全口义齿修复中的应用效果。方法84例疑难全口义齿修复患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,各42例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组给予过渡性治疗。比较两组颌位关系指数和美学评分、固位力及稳定性和口腔健康评分、咀嚼功能恢复满意度。结果治疗后,观察组的颌位关系指数(2.42±0.63)分、美学评分(7.73±0.95)分,均高于对照组的(1.85±0.82)、(5.46±0.54)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的稳定性评分和口腔健康评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组咀嚼功能恢复满意度97.62%高于对照组的83.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予疑难全口义齿修复患者过渡性治疗能够有效提升临床疗效,美观性高,有助于促使患者口腔健康恢复,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the practical effect of transitional denture in the repair of difficult complete denture.Methods A total of 84 patients with difficult complete denture were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group was treated with transitional denture.The jaw relationship index,aesthetic score,retention and stability,oral health score,satisfaction with recovery of masticatory function were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the jaw relationship index(2.42±0.63)points and aesthetic score(7.73±0.95)points of the observation group were higher than(1.85±0.82)and(5.46±0.54)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the stability score and oral health score of the observation group were better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with recovery of masticatory function 97.62%of the observation group was higher than 83.33%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Transitional denture can effectively improve clinical efficacy of patients with difficult complete dentures with high aesthetic appearance,and contribute to the recovery of oral health of patients.It contains promotion value.
