摘要
为促进东北粳稻遗传育种研究,本试验利用分子标记手段对细胞质进行籼粳类型鉴定,再以4份籼质粳稻与4份粳质粳稻构建双列杂交群体,分别在沈阳和哈尔滨两地种植,研究籼型细胞质对杂交后代F1产量构成的影响。结果表明:利用细胞质籼粳特异性分子标记筛选到4份超高产粳稻沈农265、沈农9741、辽粳454、沈农9816的细胞质为籼型,两个试验点籼质粳核材料产量主要影响因子是分蘖数和穗数,而粳质粳核材料受多个因素的影响,在相同核遗传背景下,籼型细胞质对于产量提高有促进作用。
In order to promote the research of japonica rice genetics and breeding in Northeast China,using the molecular marker to identify the cytoplasm Indica-japonica type of Northeast japonica rice,diallel cross population were constructed with four indica-cytoplasm japonica rice and four japonica-cytoplasm japonica rice,which were planted in Shenyang and Harbin,then investigated the effects of indica cytoplasm on yield components of F1 hybrids.The results showed that using cytoplasmic indica-japonica differentiation-specific molecular markers,four super-high-yield rice Shennong 265,Shennong 9741,Liaojing 454 and Shennong 9816 were indica-cytoplasm japonica;the main factors affecting the yield of indica-cytoplasm japonica materials were tiller number and panicles number in the two experimental sites,while japonica-cytoplasm japonica materials were affected by multiple factors;under the iso-nuclear genetic background,indica cytoplasm can increase the yield of northeast japonica.
