精神科男护士心理弹性与职业倦怠的相关分析

Correlation between resilience and occupational burnout in male nurses of psychiatric department

目的探讨精神科男护士心理弹性、职业倦怠的现状以及相关性。方法共收集215位精神科男护士(研究组)和197位非精神科男护士(对照组),采用自设一般情况表、工作倦怠问题调查表(CMBI)、心理弹性量表中文版(CD-RISC)对全部样本进行测试。结果研究组CBMI总分及各因子分均高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的CD-RISC总分及各因子分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组不同工作年限、受教育程度、婚姻状况和职称的CBMI总分及各因子分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不同工作年限、受教育程度和职称的CD-RISC总分及各因子分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关分析结果显示,研究组CBMI总分及各因子分与CD-RISC总分及各因子分均呈负相关(P<0.05)。结论精神科男护士存在较为严重的职业倦怠感,心理弹性水平相对较低,与其工作年限、受教育程度、婚姻状况和职称等因素有关,精神科男护士的职业倦怠感与心理弹性存在一定的相关性。

Objective To explore the status and relationship of resilience and occupational burnout in male nurses of psychiatric department.Methods A total of 215 male nurses of psychiatric department in study group and 197 male nurses of non-psychiatric department in control group were selected and assessed with the self-designed information questionnaire,Chinese Maslach Burnout Inventory(CMBI)and Conner-Davidson Resilience Scale(CD-RISC).Results The total score and all factor scores of CMBI in study group were all significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC in study group were all significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).In study group,there were significant differences in the total score and all factor scores of CMBI among nurses with different years of work experience,educational levels,marital statuses and professional qualifications(P<0.05);and there were significant differences in the total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC among nurses with different years of work experience,educational levels and professional qualifications(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that the total score and all factor scores of CMBI were negatively correlated with the total score and all factor scores of CD-RISC(P<0.05).Conclusion Male nurses of psychiatric department show severe occupational burnout and relatively low levels of resilience,which are related to their years of work experience,educational levels,marital statuses and professional qualifications.There exist correlations between the resilience and occupational burnout in male nurses of psychiatric department.
