摘要
钢框架中常规的加强型节点存在焊接板件过多、施焊困难等缺点。在已有的研究基础上,提出节点域局部灌浆节点。运用ABAQUS有限元软件对节点域局部灌浆节点、柱腹板加补强板节点和传统钢节点进行对比分析,结果表明:节点域局部灌浆节点滞回性能优良,在此基础上,提出了RBS削弱型节点域局部灌浆节点,其塑性铰出现在距梁端一定距离的削弱区,改善了梁端焊缝处的高应力分布情况,有效地避免了节点产生脆性破坏,相比未削弱节点,虽其承载能力有一定程度的降低,但延性及滞回性能得到较大程度的改善。
Conventional reinforced beam-column joints in steel frames have many disadvantages,such as excessive welded plates,difficulty in welding and so on.In this paper,joints locally grouted in nodal area were proposed based on the existing research.The finite element software of ABAQUS was used to compare and analyze the locally grouted joints,the reinforced plate joints and the traditional steel joints.The results showed that the hysteretic behavior of the locally grouted joints were excellent.On this basis,the RBS weakened locally grouted joints were proposed.It’s the plastic hinge appeared in the weakened area at a certain distance from the beam end,which reduced the high stress at the weld of the beam end and effectively avoided the brittle failure of the joints.Compared with the unweakend joints,its ductillity and hysteresis performance were improved to a greater extent,although the load-bearing capacity had a certain degree reduced.
