摘要
为研究非均匀温度对空间钢结构的影响,以武汉市东西湖区"国家网络安全与人才创新基地展示中心"钢结构为对象,以长期实测的数据为依据,研究分析了钢结构在露天施工条件下的非均匀温度分布规律,并利用有限元分析软件SAP2000 V15对钢结构进行模拟分析,与现场实际采集的数据进行对比分析。结果表明:在同一时刻,结构在水平方向上温度变化表现为均匀变化,在具有一定高度差时温度变化表现为非均匀性;对某一应力测点进行理论模拟计算时,以该点所在的水平实测温度值作为整体温度荷载,计算结果与实测结果较为接近,相比在均匀温度变化下时计算精度提高2%。最后,提出了分层温度计算法计算施工过程温度效应,对后续类似工程温度效应分析具有一定的参考价值。
In order to study the influence of non-uniform temperature on the spatial steel structure,the steel structure of the National Network Security and Talent Innovation Base Exhibition Center in the Dongxihu District of Wuhan City was taken as the object,and the long-term measured data was used as the basis to study and analyze the construction conditions of the steel structure in the open air.The non-uniform temperature distribution law was used,and the steel structure was simulated and analyzed by the finite element analysis software SAP2000 V15,and compared with the actual data collected on site.The results show that at the same time,the temperature change of the structure in the horizontal direction shows a uniform change,and the temperature change shows non-uniformity when there is a certain height difference;when the theoretical calculation of a certain stress measurement point,the level at which the point is located the measured temperature value is taken as the overall temperature load,and the calculated result is close to the measured result,and the calculation accuracy is improved by 2%compared with the uniform temperature change.Finally,A layered thermometer algorithm is proposed to calculate the temperature effect of the construction process,which has a certain reference value for the subsequent temperature effect analysis in similar engineering.
