某地铁车站开洞梁承载性能试验及数值分析研究

摘要 梁腹开洞式梁结构作为一种地面建筑较为常用的结构形式,在地铁车站中并无应用的先例。某地铁车站内部分管线拟在顶板横梁所开的孔洞内通过,为满足该地铁管线的穿孔要求,顶板横梁梁腹开洞尺寸需突破构造要求,而顶板横梁开洞后承载性能的优劣将影响车站的安全。基于此背景,依靠广州地区某预装配式地铁车站相关构件研究,以地铁车站梁腹开洞顶板横梁为研究对象,开展了探究承载能力极限的缩尺模型试验及数值模拟分析。试验结果表明:构件在加载过程中展现出良好的延性破坏行为,孔洞处未成为薄弱部位而提前破坏。合理地配置孔洞周边补强钢筋有利于改善开洞横梁的承载性能,研究结论可为相关工程设计、施工提供指导。 The beam with openings structure is more commonly used in ground buildings,and there is no precedent for its application in subway stations.In an engineering project,the pipeline in a subway station is planned to pass through the opening of the roof beam.To satisfy the needs,a larger opening on roof beam is adopted while exceeding the current structural specifications.With the support of the research of key components of an assembled subway station in Guangzhou,this paper conducted a scaled model test and numerical simulation analysis of the roof beams with openings in the subway station to study its reliability.The test results show that the specimen exhibits good ductile failure behavior and the openings did not become weak parts and fail in advance.Reasonable denser reinforcements around the opening is proved beneficial to improve the bearing capacity of the beam.The research conclusions can provide guidance for related engineering design and constructions.
