自浮橡胶排泥管工程应用研究

摘要 采用自浮橡胶排泥管与钢管相结合的潜管形式,通过数值分析与工程应用,对自浮橡胶排泥管的水动力性能和应用效果进行分析。结果表明:帝巴湾水域环境下,自浮橡胶排泥管的横荡响应幅值小于5,稳定性与耐波性能较好;11.8 m自浮橡胶管段排泥时所受横向流载荷最大为4415.28 N;浮管管线布置呈近似流线型弯曲,每隔100 m设浮管锚固定浮管,涨、落水锚间隔布设;该浅管形式不影响水域船舶通行,同时避免管线遇海底障碍弯曲从而影响疏浚效率,在工程应用中对施工的影响较低,时间影响率为0%~8.3%,基本可以保持连续施工,应用效果较好。 As for the combination of self-floating dredging rubber pipe and steel pipe,the numerical analysis and engineering application are carried out to analyze the hydrodynamic performance and application effect of self-floating dredging rubber pipe.The results show that the pipe has less than 5 sway amplitude response,with good stability and wave resistance in Tibar Bay in East Timor.The transverse flow load acting on 11.8 m long self-floating dredging rubber pipe is 4415.28 N at maximum.The layout of self-floating pipeline shows approx.streamline.An anchor shall be set every 100 m to fix the self-floating pipe,and the rising-tide anchor and falling-tide anchor shall be set at intervals.The semi-submersible pipeline does not affect the ships passing through the water area,ensures the dredging efficiency by preventing the pipeline from the obstacles on sea floor.Its application has low impact on the construction,with a time impact rate of 0%~8.3%,basically maintains the continuous construction and is of good application effect.
